Stipends for use are as follows with a required deposit of ½ of the cost prior to use:
Rental by the hour $25.00
(Rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, wedding reception)
Wedding/large gathering $400.00
(The Bowen House is opened to the public Wednesday –Saturday but will be closed to the public for the event.)
Discounted Sunday - Tuesday $300.00
